Returns

Our team is on hand to answer any technical queries you have prior to purchasing, however if you have purchased one of our products and it is incorrect you can return this item. If you want to return your product/s, then make sure it's within 14 days of receiving and that the following apply:

  • the product is unused and still has all the additional contents inside

  • the product has the original packaging and labels 

  • the product is in an excellent condition and can be resold as new 

 

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return your product please email james@jsamarineservices.com

Please note as the delivery for the products is expensive, due to weight, we cannot be liable for any incorrect item returns/ delivery costs. You will need to pay for this so to ensure you are ordering the correct item, please contact us first.

If your product is faulty, please contact us directly via email or using the form below, stating in the subject faulty. Each manufacture has different warranty lead times, which can be found on the individual product page, but please use the below as a guide.

Electrical equipment such as solar charge controllers and inverters have 1 year warranty, unless stated otherwise in our product description.

Faulty Products and Warranty 

Delivery on the canal network

If you live on the canal and are constantly struggling to find a place to get things delivered to, our direct delivery service to the canal network would be recommended. All we need to know is the name of the canal path you are moored beside, the closest postcode and your 'what three words'. What three words is an app/ webpage you use to determine the precise 3 metre square you are moored in. The way it works is: every 3 metre square of the world has been given a unique combination of three words. Used for e-commerce and delivery, navigation, emergencies and more. Please add canal delivery on check out at a flat rate of £45 and complete the canal delivery form below. Currently we are only delivering directly to the canal network in and around London, we are hoping this will change in the future. 

Delivery via courier 

We aim to dispatch all products within 2 business days after receipt of your complete order and payment. Please add standard delivery when checking out, at a flat rate of £8.80. Free delivery for orders over £200. Standard delivery excludes solar panels and batteries as these weigh over 25kg.

Solar panel and battery delivery

Solar panel and battery deliveries exceed the maximum weight stated above, due to this delivery will be arranged directly with a courier and the buyer after purchase, this is at a flat rate of £65.

Mooring details for delivery direct to the canal

JSA Marine Services offer direct delivery straight to your canal boat, all we need to know is your nearest street address/ canal path name and your what three words. Complete this form and add 'canal delivery' when checking out.
